Frequently asked questions
01How much is a used server worth?
Anywhere from tens to several thousand US dollars depending on brand, configuration, age and condition. Recent 2U platforms in good condition hold the most value; units older than about eight years are usually settled by scrap weight.
02Do I need to dismantle anything?
No. Hand over complete systems with rails, PSUs and cabling - teardown, inventory and erasure are on us. Drives can be returned on site if you need to retain them.
03Can sensitive data be destroyed on site?
Yes. We offer on-site shredding and degaussing, with supervised destruction, video records and certificates.
04Do you collect from remote or overseas sites?
Yes. We reach major cities within 48 hours, and our Hong Kong, China office handles cross-border collection and international logistics.
05How soon is payment made?
Same day after on-site reconciliation; contracted framework projects can be settled on agreed terms.
