SERVER REFURBISHMENT

Server Refurbishment & Used Servers

Upgrades, reconfiguration, burn-in testing and remanufacturing turn decommissioned hardware into compute you can put back into production - backed by 100,000+ spares in stock.

  • 100,000+spares in stock
  • 3,000+part SKUs
  • 3-12 mosystem warranty

Refurbishment is not resale. We assess system health and component life first, then match hardware to the workload through CPU, memory and GPU upgrades, drive and array reconfiguration, firmware updates and 72-hour burn-in and stability testing.

More than 100,000 refurbished spares across 3,000+ SKUs are held in stock, covering complete systems, processors, memory, GPUs, drives, mainboards and PSUs - available singly or delivered as project batches.

MODELS

Four ways to refurbish

Choose by budget and business goal, or combine them.

System refurbishment

Decommissioned systems are tested, cleaned and reconfigured for test, backup, edge or general workloads.

Component upgrades

CPU upgrades, memory expansion, GPU additions and storage reconfiguration for the lowest cost per unit of performance.

Used system supply

Configured to order with a spec sheet, test report and warranty; small batch trials available.

Bulk spare supply

CPUs, memory, GPUs, drives and PSUs from stock for maintenance contracts and project buffers.

QUALITY

Quality assurance

Full testing before handover - the uncertainty stays with us.

72-hour burn-in

Full-load operation with temperature, power and error logging; unstable parts are rejected.

Full test report

CPU, memory, drives, GPU and PSU tested individually with a report per system.

3-12 month warranty

By model and component, extendable to 24 months or with a spare-part pack.

Deployment support

Firmware and microcode updates, OS installation and racking guidance.

FIT

Where refurbished hardware fits

Refurbished equipment suits cost-sensitive workloads that do not need the absolute latest silicon. For core production, choose a newer platform with extended warranty; test, backup, edge and general business systems can run confidently on refurbished systems.

  • Test and staging: typically 50%+ lower cost
  • Backup and archive: capacity first, performance second
  • Edge and branch: compact, fast to deploy, easy to support
  • Project compute: use it, then resell or return

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

01What is the difference between refurbishment and used servers?

Refurbishment implies engineering work - testing, reconfiguration, upgrades and burn-in - before reuse. Used servers are typically resold as-is. We offer both, and the difference is the depth of processing before delivery.

02Do refurbished systems carry a warranty?

Yes - 3 to 12 months by model and component, extendable to 24 months, with optional spare-part packs.

03Can I buy components only?

Yes. CPUs, memory, GPU modules, drives, PSUs and mainboards are available individually, with common models from stock.

04Can old equipment be traded in?

Yes. The assessed value can be offset against new purchases or rental, or combined into a trade-in plus extended warranty package.

05Can refurbished servers run production workloads?

With assessment. We usually recommend them for test, backup, edge and general business systems; core production should use newer platforms with redundancy and extended warranty.
