Frequently asked questions
01What is the minimum rental term?
From one day. For most projects a month or more is more economical, and annual terms carry lower rates plus scheduled inspection.
02Is a deposit required?
Yes - typically one to three months' rental based on equipment value and term, refunded in full after the equipment is returned and inspected.
03Who handles failures during the term?
We do. Maintenance is free in the term, faulty parts ship within 48 hours, engineers attend on site in major cities, and a like-for-like unit is provided if repair takes longer.
04Can GPU servers be rented?
Yes. 4- and 8-GPU systems with H100, H200, H800, H20, A100, A800, B200 and GB300 are available, configured for training or inference memory and interconnect requirements.
05Can I buy the equipment at the end of the term?
Yes. Rent-to-own and end-of-term purchase are both supported, with part of the paid rental offset against the purchase price as agreed in the contract.
